At CeylonMuse, we value your satisfaction. Please review our delivery and return policies before placing an order.


Delivery Policy

Islandwide Delivery – Sri Lanka

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 working days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery Fee: 300 LKR Flat rate first kg and an additional 70 LKR for each additional 1 kg.
  • Delivery Method: Handled by reliable courier services.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation after placing the order.

Payment Options:

  • Bank Transfer (Prepaid)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.


🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help:

Returns Accepted for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item or size sent

Conditions for Return:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  • Send a clear photo of the item to our WhatsApp for return approval.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned after 7 days

Exchange Process:

  • We’ll arrange a pick-up or ask you to ship the item back.
  • Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.

We do not offer cash refunds at this stage.
